Physical activity, such as walking or running, stimulates blood circulation
and oxygen flow to the brain. This promotes clearer thinking, increased concentration and improved cognitive function.
Email me when you would like to walk in a coaching format ( a minimum
of 2 hours is best), I will suggest some options for walks around town
or along the lake and et's go!
Walks are possible in the cantons of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne.
